What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return a new item with its tag. In mainland France, we provide a prepaid DHL shipping label (contact us by email). contact@thegeorgiastore.fr
The refund is processed within 3 business days after verification.
For international orders: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but the same conditions apply (14 days, new item with tag, refund within 3 working days after verification).
Exchanges are not possible, and personalized or special order items are final sales with no refunds.

Do you ship internationally?
Delivery in France: We ship via DHL for €11 with delivery in approximately 48 hours. Delivery is free for orders over €300. For Lyon city center and surrounding areas, we offer free personal delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
International delivery:
We ship worldwide via DHL. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination: €16 for the EU (2-3 days), CHF 20 for Switzerland (2-3 days), £20 for the UK (3-5 days), and $25/€ for the USA and the rest of the world (5-8 days).
Free delivery on orders over €300.
Customs fees and taxes are included in the final price for orders outside the Eurozone.
