All The Georgia Store orders are prepared with the utmost care and shipped via DHL, both within France and internationally.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. A confirmation email will also be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
In the event of an issue during the processing of your order, we will send you an email to inform you and, if necessary, request further details.
During private sales, periods of high activity, or sales events, shipping times may be slightly extended.
The customer is solely responsible for any delivery failure due to a lack of information provided when placing the order.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the exterior condition of the packaging and to note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery slip.

For any orders destined for Lyon city center and its immediate surroundings, home delivery can be provided free of charge and personally by The Georgia Store within 24 to 48 hours. This exclusive service will be offered to you during checkout among the delivery options. We may then contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange a delivery time.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international orders outside the European Union:

• Customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at the time of payment
• The amount displayed at checkout includes all costs (products + shipping + customs duties + taxes)
• Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
• You will NOT pay any additional fees upon delivery
• All customs fees are pre-paid by The Georgia Store

For orders within the European Union:

• No customs duties are applied
• Only the VAT applicable in your country is collected
• Delivery with no additional fees upon receipt
