Refund policy

Is an item not quite right for you? 

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to make your return. Returned items must be strictly new, unworn, unwashed, free of perfume or makeup odors, and have their original tags attached.

Otherwise, a deduction may be applied for restoration:
• €20 per item for repair or cleaning if the item is too damaged or returned without a tag; no refund can be issued. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, no amount corresponding to shipping costs will be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns from Metropolitan France

Please contact us by email at contact@thegeorgiastore.fr, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a prepaid DHL return label.

This label will allow you to drop off your package at a DHL drop-off point or schedule a pickup at the address of your choice.

You will find a return form in your package. Please complete it and follow the indicated steps. If this form is not included, you may download it here:

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

  • International returns (outside France)

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us. International returns are at the customer's expense. You may use the carrier of your choice and ship your package to the address that will be provided to you via email.
We recommend that you choose a tracked shipping method.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered.
We invite you to place a new order for the desired item, then proceed with the return of your first order.

Final sale – no refunds possible.
